Considering WDW is the companies flagship park, it's crazy how it probably has the second (or third) worse attraction line up. Paris and Hong Kong probably have worse attraction line ups, but attractions in Tokyo and Disneyland CA are vastly superior in both quality and quantity.

I'm pretty sure I remember seeing somewhere that the reason Runaway Railway is still going through is that when they made the Florida version, they made duplicates of all the set pieces and props for an eventual second version of the attraction in either Paris or California.

Hong Kong and DCA were both confirmed to be getting the E-ticket. I don't think the E-ticket was officially announced for Paris, but it was heavily rumored to be going on the Lights Motors Action site.

I think Runaway Railway will open in 2023 still. A perfect new addition for TWDCs 100th anniversary. I personally think that 2022 is when things will start to return to normal, and Disney will use the 100th anniversary in 2023 to get guests back in with new entertainment, fireworks, etc.
