Well you explore through the jump points.lol...GotG is definitely a Space theme, hence the space ships. GotG is a perfect addition to Epcot. If they used your analogy for Epcot, they wouldn't have Frozen, Remy or GotG and as such, the park would be baron compared to today's Epcot.

The worst (or best) for us was in HS last week - Rock n Rollercoaster said 40 minutes and we almost didn't bother because of it - we walked all the way round the queue line and straight into the rehearsal room!!...we were off the ride in 10 minutes!!

Guardians is a space theme film - How would that not fit in Space themed Epcot?

Got stuck on Guardians last week..no evacuation though. It stopped at the part where you are about to do the backwards launch. We just sat there in the dark for about 5 minutes....there was some announcement (can't remember what they said) and then out of nowhere it fired backwards after 5...

Just don't make a decision based on certain people saying the parks are quieter than normal...they aren't.

I don't think the Parks have anything to do with Disney share prices going down...I only say that as the attendance in the parks isn't down- I see no evidence that it is. What may be down is the restaurant and hotel booking side of things...but the parks are as busy as ever, so they are still...

I've been this time every year....its busier than all those times, so nothing to do with choosing the wrong time. If so, we chose the wrong time every year not just this one.

We are off to Tokyo in January too, insead of our usual Orlando trip..although ironically still giving Disney money..lol. But we are going mainly for the other sight seeing and culture. 2 days in Disney though..as people say its the best Disney park in the world.

But that's the same with any day in Epcot to be fair. I take it back though...we just dig Figment - said 30 minutes wait, it was a walk on lol. Terrible underhand tactics to get people to buy Genie+

I totally agree, rides will go down during the day...I can accept that to a degree, but every Disney park I've been in the 10 days so far has had at least 1 ride down (usually a major one) immediately the park has opened...and this I just don't buy, these rides have been opened up in the morning...

Well, I'd say after today, footfall is no way less than previous...ive been to Epcot about 100 times and I've never seen Living with the land at 25 minutes...its always been a walk on. I've been plenty of times on a Sunday too. Where are people getting this idea that the parks are quieter?

Yep, they know this was a pre arranged delayed opening..but they know if they tell everyone that, they get the wrath of a load of people.
