busses hi, there are no busses from resort to resort, your best bet is, if the MK is open late take a boat to the MK and catch the bus to AKL if not take a bus to downtown disney and get on the AKL bus. and you can get the chair on the boats and busses.

Taxi's Hi, there are mears taxi's all over wdw. if you need to get anywhere on wdw property you can just take a disney bus it is free. but to go anywhere outside of wdw you would have to take a taxi. they are metered and get a little pricey. i live 5 min from my job in wdw and it cost me over...

Apartments I would check out the Cagan Crossings, they are very affordable and they will not be converting to condo because they are building seperate condo in the new area
