Bring more memory cards for your camera than you'll think you'll need. I always take more photos than I planned for, the extra memory cards have saved me more than once.

Go to Wal-Mart or Target. They sell luggage locks that you lock with a combination. There is also a place for the TSA to insert a key to open the lock. They can relock it with the key, securing your luggage. It's the best of both worlds.:animwink: I've been using this type of lock for a couple...
