Depends on what you're looking for. We LOVE the Beirgarten, but it's a buffet and you do sit with other people. Great atmosphere, music, dancing and the food is good. Brown Derby is TOTALLY different. Great food, but not near the atmosphere of Germany.

We enjoyed EVERYTHING about the Flying Fish. The service was impeccable. The food was amazing. I had the scallops, my wife had the Tuna and my DD's had the salmon and a pasta dish that were all just outstanding. I would HIGHLY recommend it!!!

We stayed at BCV 2 years ago, going again in May. I wish I remember the room #, but it was either 308 or 408 and we were able to see the MK fireworks from our balcony. If you get a room facing the villa pool and canal and are high enough you will be able to see them.
