I have seen posts about cups that you buy at your hotel that are refillable. Then there are posts that confuse me. Can we only use these cups at the resort or can you use them throughout the parks as well to obtain free refills? Please and thanks.

We have dinner plans booked and are very pleased with what we have. We did not take Hopper passes as we have never been before and figuired we would spend the entire day at the park.
