    What did you do?

I ran 14 miles this morning in the local metroparks at a 8:30/mile pace. I ran it slower than I wanted to, but I was still sore from my last Cross-Fit workout. The weather was perfect for running. It was 65 during the run with a cool breeze. Too bad the weather in Ohio isn't going to stay this way.

    What did you do?

Cross-Fit class #4 completed! Today's exercise included a warmup of a 400 meter run, 15 squats, 15 pushups, and a 400 meter row. The actual WOD was 3 rounds of 200 meter runs, 30 walking lunges, and 10 pullups. But I decided why not do 5 rounds and make the 200 meter runs into 400 meters...

The workout itself consisted of 3 rounds of performing 300 meter rows and thrusters...

    What did you do?

I ran 13 miles this morning at a comfortable 8:00/mile pace. The weather is chilly here in Ohio, but it was good running weather overall. I think that we should meet-up during the marathon weekend this year. I think I'll start CrossFitting tomorrow as well.

    What did you do?

Sorry to hear about that Kristia. I know how you feel. My uncle died unexpectedly over a year ago from a heart attack. I ran 12 miles this morning in the metroparks and the weather was perfect. My pace was a comfortable 8:00/mile. The next race I'm running is probably Columbus.

Well they have them in other locations as well. They have one in Albuquerque, Chicago, Phoenix, Atlanta, Dallas, Seattle, and San Diego. You can also request them to bring the race to a town that's close to you!

Chilli Cheese Dog Challenge At Caseys.

Thanks and yes I'm nowhere close to being lactose intolerant! I'm a fast eater and seem to finish quicker than my friends and family. Being a runner helps as well!

Chilli Cheese Dog Challenge At Caseys.

I took down the Kitchen Sink by myself in 2010 when I was down there for the marathon weekend!

    What did you do?

Completed my weightlifting routine this morning finishing in 50 minutes instead of an hour. I just got back from my first Cross-Fit class. It was awesome to see everything that they had compared to regular fitness centers. I'm really thinking about becoming a member. The best part is its only 5...

    Banana Bread Pudding

Main Street Bakery does have a banana bread pudding that they make. It's not exactly like the one at 'Ohana since its smaller and doesn't have ice cream, but it still tastes good. I try to get at least one every trip.

    Disney Slogans you'll never see

I wouldn't necessarily call them number 2 when Disney World has had higher attendance than all the other theme parks not only in Florida, but the world as well.

    Runner's Recipes

I just made some protein/energy bars tonight. I know there are plenty of similar products out there, but I wanted to make one that was healthier and had a balanced nutrient ratio. I'll let you know how they taste and if they are good, I will continue to work with the recipe to make them better...
