I was unimpressed with Fantasy Springs as well. I admit I am not the target audience for it so I just ended up treating it all as a one and done but compared to Tokyo DisneySea it felt like someone had taken a masterpiece and made it a bit bigger by stapling a few post it notes to one corner of it.

All of the theoretical reservations about FS would be moot if the place had charm, or beauty, or created a sense of place. But it's very short on each of those. Just rocks, and not the most attractive Disney has done, and fake flowers. Dotted with character sculptures that distract from any placemaking more than they create interest.

I don’t actively dislike the area, but it's surprisingly weak considering its vast area, financial commitment and the very park it's in.

The rides are good though. I liked Tangled and Fairy better than most of the internet seems to do.

My $0.02 is that the succeeded in creating charm and beauty. I really enjoyed just walking around the land and restaurants. But to each their own!

Anyways the Tangled ride looks great! Anything Tangled is good as I think its very under utilized in the parks, especially in the U.S.A. parks. I hope someday the Tokyo ride can be brought over to the states.

my whole pitch for this park is make it inspired by the Paris world's fair but instead of countries it's Disney Worlds, from Aristocats, Hunchback, Beauty and the Beast, Cars, Avatar, and even Nemo. That way you have a beautiful architecture and theme to invoke while including modern day disney
