DHS MuppetVision 3-D's Future: Potential Disney Park Venues and Vision Pro Immersive Experience

Nothing says "California" like the entirely fictional planet of Pandora!

At least you could argue that Pixar and Big Hero 6 both work as lands because they're both based in/on (respectively) San Francisco, Cars is inspired by Route 66 and California car culture, and Avengers... well, the land is set in California, so at least... eh. Still feels more natural for the park than Pandora.
This is why it’s time to let the California thing go. They’ve been moving away from it for awhile now, they need to just finally pull the plug.

what would make it the worst of the 3?
The park is always going to be the worst Disney park in the world pretty much no matter what they do to it. Paris’ second gate was so fundamentally flawed down to it’s very conception that to actually bring it out of last place would require bulldozing it and starting over. Now, all they’re doing to it may take it up from a bad park to a good one, but it’s very bones that they can’t really change will always hold it back from being a great one or standing next to the other 11 parks.

Even with the new lake district adding some much needed class to the park, it's just going to highlight a lot of the underlying issues WDS has from its origins as the "Cheapest Park Disney Ever Built" and the weaker bones of the front studio half that came from that.
Most of the work to rebrand DCA into something else has already been done, they just need to slap the new name on after Avatar and Coco open.

MuppetVision is staying open until park close on its last day, instead of closing earlier like normal. I wonder how long the wait times are gonna get?

The page for PizzeRizzo, however, is completely gone. Going to the link redirects you to the list of restaurants for DHS. You can go to the menu's link and it's there, but going to its own page redirects you.

On a semi-related note- does anyone know why it says the park closes at 10:00pm but Fantasmic's second showing is 10:30pm? How do you get into that second showing if they park closes at 10?

You have to be in the park already to go to the second showing; everything else shuts down so your options are leave or Fantasmic.

Think there's gonna be any kind of procedure to be in the last showing? Gonna be there as well and trying to plan. Obviously want *a* goodbye, but would love to be in the final (non-CM) showing (I know, me and everyone else there that day lol, but it pays to try and plan...)

I know it's not quite the same, but at TriceraTop Spin they just made it really clear that the line closed at 6 and if you weren't in the line at that time you didn't ride.

That sorted everything out; at a certain point you had to accept your place in line because the alternative was getting out and getting no ride.
Or they could pull a Splash Mountain and close the line early. Or it'll pull a Country Bear and break down for the last show

The curtain has been out of action this week, and as of today.
Still out as of yesterday, May 30.

Fog effects however, including the blast of fog from the left of the movie screen, is working great.
All animatronics are also working 100%…including the subtle effects ( arrows in the walls, cannon fire, etc.)
Even Sweetums’ performance is top notch and full of energy!

Saw two showings today to say ‘goodbye’.
Crowd was lively and was loving every minute of it.
This Show still packs a fun punch with Guests.

It truly is a tragedy this is being removed.
All of those carefully sculpted statues, theatre decor, and other wonderful details will be lost.
Not to mention the perfect blend of combined elements that makes this Show so unique.

I truly hope some of those figures over the exit doors and the beautiful sculpture that hangs above the stage will be salvaged.
Those things are truly works of fine art.

It's amazing how much energy Sweetums running loose and the audience calling out to him adds to the already chaotic show.
