Lightning Lane Premier Pass is now showing as sold out at Magic Kingdom on December 26 and Hollywood Studios on December 27.

Here are the park locations and dates currently unavailable to purchase:

Magic Kingdom: December 25 - 31
Hollywood Studios: December 27-31
EPCOT: December 31
You know it’s amazing how everything in a park “sells out” near the last minute..:

The consolation prize is the on property rooms haven’t sold out in for what seems like forever

I went into Magic Kingdom a couple weekends back to get to a dining reservation. It was right around fireworks time and it was the most packed I've ever seen it. Granted, I always attempt to come during less busy times, but it was insane trying to weave through crowds to Liberty Tree. After experiencing that and seeing pictures of the busy Christmas to New Years week last year, I totally understand a family who has the money wanting to shell out for Premier Pass at Magic Kingdom or Hollywood Studios.

So you went to MK on a weekend night right before HEA and tried to get to Liberty Tree and it was packed? And you thought it wouldn't be??? That's like saying, "Gee, I didn't realize the mall would be busy the day before Christmas!".

I've been plenty of times on weekends, but it was never like this. Packed body to body all the way to the Christmas tree and to the Liberty Belle.

MK packed on a weekend night during December??

In other news - Water is wet. The sky is blue. Ice is cold. News at 11.

I've been at MK during non-Christmas months with crowds like that. Before they destroyed the hub. Your experience means NOTHING.

It just doesn't seem hard to me for something as trivial as theme park lines.

For example, I know I am in the minority on this but, I can't stand peanut butter. That doesn't mean I can't imagine that the way I feel about some other food I enjoy is how the people who love peanut butter feel when they eat it. I will NEVER spend money on it personally but more power to those that do.

I just wish people would at least try to put themselves in others shoes more often instead of assuming everything is an attack on their own personal beliefs (which I know we are all guilty of at times, including myself). Sure, this is an internet message board in 2024 so maybe I am the unrealistic one here but an honest conversation about these topics would be a lot more interesting.
I found the conversations more interesting before people started losing their minds anytime anyone suggests the parks are crowded.

There are people who have been visiting for decades who are posting their experiences. There’s no reason to insult them or dismiss their experiences. There’s a lot of arrogance going around.

I do agree there is a lot of arrogance going around. IMO it's not just one sided. Yes the parks feel crowded, but a lot of that has to do with LLs. I would bet a high percentage of guests don't use standby and wait for their return times. Cause of that most guests are wandering around in walkways waiting. More guests in walkways makes the park seem crowded.

The reason some lose their minds is Disney themselves attendance is down, resorts have lots of availability and dining is wide open. Yet the parks are crowded.

I love how yall keep replying to me like I’ve never experienced fireworks crowds. I’ve seen them often enough, but I go during low seasons intentionally. So I can say that it is very much NOT like what I saw “every night”.
You come off as inexperienced…that’s why you’re catching likely undeserved snark

That’s not what I meant. When we were there in early November it wasn’t just the parks that were busy. The resort parking lots and pools were full, the restaurants where we ate had very few open tables and the trams and buses were full.

But unlike our trips in 2018 and 2019, we didn’t have to circle parking lots to find a spot and we were able to find places to relax at pools. With just a couple of exceptions we were able to get on the first bus or tram. We were seated within a few minutes of our reservation time at restaurants. It was an expensive trip but very comfortable.

Other people are seeing this too and reporting it, only to be ridiculed by snarky remarks or memes. We’re not lying, inexperienced or mistaken about what we’re seeing. It’s not our fault that Disney isn’t going out of business fast enough for some.

I don't think it's they want it to go out of business. It's that many want to go back to what it used to be.
