We loved it. It isn't a canned tour. We took the tour and a couple days later saw a group out on the tour. They stopped for a break right where we were sitting (having a Dole whip :)) and got to listen to their guide. Different info and break location than our tour.

My most recent flights have actually arrived early and we only fly Delta. No complaints for a very long time with any flight attendants.
