Bars - over 21

On my umpteenth trip to WDW. This time all my "children" are of legal drinking age! With the long gone demise of Pleasure Island my question is this: where is the best "fun" bar scene for my "kids"? Is there any over 21 bars/restaurants in WDW? Obviously we'll be cruising around the world and sampling EPCOT but is there any evening fun?

Honestly, the bar scene is dead at Disney. You can go places to have some drinks, but with the death of PI so has the bar scene.... Jellyrolls is ok.... Nothing like other dueling Piano places I have been to in Vegas or NYC...

So what is wrong with Jellyrolls as opposed to Vegas and NYC places? Is it that they get more raunchy? If so, I'd rather not go to places like that.

I've read that Jellyrolls is hard to get in and there's a cover or admission charge. If true, how much?
We were there with our 21 year old and all liked Splitsville. We sat at the upstairs bar and didn't have to wait for a table. They had frosty schooners and Angry Orchard on tap which made a 21 year old girl happy.

If staying at POFQ they have music and karaoke on weekend nights that are fun. The Southern Hurricanes they make are great.

The cover charge is $12/person every night. Weekends are the same. You can come and go if needed, since they stamp your hand. It opens at 7, but the players don't start until 8. Most nights, as long as you get there by 8 or 8:30, you can get a table. Much later and you will be standing. Friday and Saturday fill up quicker as you might expect. They have different drink specials each night that are posted on the chalk boards. We always get there at or shortly after 7. Easier to grab the table you want, and gab with the servers for a bit. You can then have your song choices ready at 8 for the players, and an excellent chance that you will hear what you asked for. Later on, they get so many requests that you may or may not hear what you ask for.
