Well if you're at the Beach Club you can get from your room to the World Showcase in less than 10 minutes, which is a lot faster than waiting for a bus and getting to the park if you're staying at a value. Likewise a walk from Beach Club to MGM is roughly 15 minutes. So no wait and < 15 minute...

Great, so basically 42% of the time the tour groups will be a problem. Gotcha! I can count a number of times at a value where the noise was an issue either it being due to the guests, or the paper thin walls. However, I can't recount a single instance of that being an issue at the GF or BC.
