I don't see that much difference between the two, frankly, especially if you remove all the surrounding "artist touches" and account for differences in detail and sharpness of the artwork...
Even the viewing angle is different.

I would hardly classify Inside Out as a "Low level movie" - If you wouldn't either, then your point makes no sense. Inside Out was not inflated - It was very well written and made, and well received. Not my favorite Pixar movie, but certainly not a "miss" either.
