we tend to visit orlando every year in September and ever since we have been going we have always stayed in kissimmee, never once have we had a problem and have always enjoyed it totally.
We have stayed both in villas and in hotels along the 192, we spend many nights on the 192 playing crazy...
I have seen Cirque de Soleil on 3 of my trips to the wonderful world that is Disney and personally found that sitting quite centrally is a better view as you get a full front on view of the show.
I also found that on the occassion i booked my tickets through my disney hotel i had much better...
Similar here, we are from Coventry, england so it is around 100 miles to Gatwick Airport plus the 9 hour flight, then the 1 hour drive from Sanford or 20 minutes from Orlando airport!
But so worth it when you get there, hey!!!!:wave:
I believe that Blizzard Beach is actually closed this year from October 29th through January 7th.
My favourite though is Typhoon Lagoon!! You will have a great day here

We live in the UK, so only visit normally once a year.
We would give anything to live in Orlando, Fl. I work in hotel's in the UK and would love to work in a disney hotel - this is my dream job, but to this day I shall keep dreaming and keep visiting once a year!!!:sohappy:
Back home, whenever I smell Cinnamon it reminds me of disney
So for me, it is that smell as you walk up main street that smells heavenly of Cinnamon and I think - I'm here again and I love it!!:slurp:
I also love the Apple Pie smell in Philarmagic!!
We personally prefer TL. However if we get chance we normally do both.
Like most people said TL is more laid back and if like us you visit for 14 nights it is a great relax day to slot into your itinerary inbetween those hectic days in the parks. I love the laayyyyzzzzeeee river here and setting...
