For jobs like that, you basically need to simply be a non-felon who they can be certain will show up to work on time and will do the job. I wouldn't worry at all.

I've waited nearly 1.5 hours for the airport-resort trip using shuttle and rental cars. Now we have a car service waiting. It costs only about 75 round trip for everyone, and it gets you there ASAP. Nothing is more aggrevating than being so close, yet so far away.
