Not sure if this is allowed to be asked/discussed, but where can I get a PCR test close to Disney with a 24-72 hour turnaround for results?

The Delta variant is now 100% of UK cases - and we have seen rates rise up by nearly 300% in a few weeks.
If some from Europe and or UK decide to travel and vacation in the USA, that negative covid test is critical when arriving in Orlando or other cities.

In my mind, not so much. The delta variant is already here and increasing pretty rapidly. Visitors from the EU and UK aren’t changing the course of Covid in the US. The damage is done and unvaccinated Americans are at the same risk with or without foreign visitors, IMHO.
I can understand some don't want to get vaccinated due to medical situations but the others who don't believe in the vaccine are just irresponsible and ignorant.

is this means WDW as USA too will go have masks and social distancing again?!Within in a month or two i predict Disney will have to go back to putting up restrictions again. It does not mean that at this time. But health experts are very worried about variants - particularly as travel resumes and the weather shifts in the fall.is this means WDW as USA too will go have masks and social distancing again?!
vaccinations are still the most effective step and we should continue to encourage everyone to follow that path

I'm sure those that are following "the science" so closely, are surely you are aware of the newest studies out this week that are showing that covid infections, even mild ones, are being found to cause loss of brain "grey matter" - explaining why some lose taste/smell, etc.

Herd immunity is tied to the specific variant. A more infectious variant, or a variant with a less effective vaccination, leads to need for a higher vaccination rate.
We are now seeing that play out, with infections growing again in Israel. What’s notable, 1/3rd of the new infections are even in fully vaccinated individuals. That‘s not to say vaccinations dont work — Infection rates would assuredly be MUCH higher without vaccinations.
And further, much of the infection spread is from unvaccinated people — If everyone was vaccinated, still might reach herd immunity.
But it‘s fair to say, as of now, Israel does not have herd immunity as to the Delta variant.
And low vaccination communities in the US are truly at risk for Delta:
