Hello-
I tried to do an hour of yoga and it felt better for the most part. I may or may not do it again tomorrow. I am thinking easing in with 2-3 days this week is more sensible. Nothing hurts and I made sure to listen to my body and modify poses when needed. I also got out for a walk before the heat advisory kicked in.
My fridge is arriving on Thursday. My current one actually works, but the food was at 55F and that is unsafe. Honestly, I am glad it is the fridge and not the freezer. I was able to save 90% of my food. Some stuff will have to be purchased again, but it's things like condiments and marmalades. So, it's not a major loss and they are things we can go without for a few days.
I am going in for a pedicure on Friday. I haven't had one since before the pandemic. Someone has their work cut out for them on Friday.
