My guess/assumption is that this is a dummy door, just for decoration. At least it's presented that way? We know it's in an attraction queue (thanks, @Tuvalu). We know it's in MK. I think we can eliminate Tomorrowland. I was thinking Fantasyland, but I think we've guessed most of those that would seem to fit. Could it be in Frontierland or Adventureland?

My next guess is Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. I could see this as a door to the foreman's room or something.
