This piece of machinery is located in one of the parks.

OK, I don't think you would try a second part of the same ride you posted earlier, but, is it Prince Charming Regal Carrousel. On pole that makes horses go up and down.

Given information you've given on this thread, I'm going to guess inside one of the cabs of WDWRR engines.

This is the "Johnson Bar" used to put the locomotive in forward or reverse on the Roger E. Broggie. The horizontal control bar on the top of the boiler is the throttle. This was made while Roger was on display at Main Street Station. Note the steam pressure gauge is reading "0".

That was a good one! Up close it was so clean/freshly painted it did not appear to be functional!
