Can anyone speak on why PM is still down? Is is a sanitation issue because it is consistently moving?
There are at least half a dozen other attractions around WDW that are constantly moving and have reopened. Can anyone speak on why PM is still down? Is is a sanitation issue because it is consistently moving?
CONJECTURE: Disney got sued in April over a collision on the PeopleMover from 2018. In addition, there was a pretty significant crash at the end of February. The thing is, the peoplemover crashes all the time. I’m guessing they’re trying to make a permanent fix, and until they are satisfied with its safety, it won’t reopen. Can anyone speak on why PM is still down? IIRC, that "pretty significant crash" back in February was nothing more than two trains lightly bumping into each other.pretty significant crash at the end of February.
Are you referring to the rug burn that happened?IIRC, that "pretty significant crash" back in February was nothing more than two trains lightly bumping into each other.

Now that this Tomorrowland overhaul is really just turning out to be a bunch of paint over 90's TL, it's becoming more disappointing by the day. Especially since you know it's not going to get better because of the ongoing ~situation~ in the world right now. That paint job is disgusting.
Maybe the new paint is like the camouflage they use to disguise prototype cars as they test in public before production. Under that paint there may be entirely new attractions we didn’t even see coming! That paint job is disgusting.

How Automakers Use a WWI-Era Camo Technique to Disguise Prototype Cars
In the early days of modern warfare, ships protected themselves from German U-boats with wild, eye-catching painted patterns called dazzle. The military moved on to new forms of camo decades ago, but for carmakers, dazzle is still the best way to protect prototype cars from being photographed.gizmodo.com
Maybe they're getting confused with Disneyland. That paint job is disgusting.

I know. Things were so hopeful when I started this thread. Four years later we get a big box and a mostly mismatched thematically damaging paint job. That's the new and improved Tomorrowland!
