I meant what I said- You really are too nice to be down there!!!! I’ve always been very passionate about politics and enjoy discussing and debating about them, but it is a lot different online than in person I’ve found., there’s no tone, so things come across more ?mean? than they should, and I think without the face to face talk it gets a little out of hand... from me too.

Thank you and I have some rather strong political views but will never ever, never ever discuss them in that ring of animosity. I wish that entire group some of who I know to be wonderful loving people would find a way to be kinder and disagree without name calling or rubbing it in when a point is made

My mom's sewing machine looked pretty much exactly like that. My brother begged me to let him have it when she passed, because he wanted to make clothes...I agreed to it and found it at the flea market a week later.

I bought gasoline today at the price of $2.33 per gallon. That's not the lowest in my town, Costco beats that...but among the "regular" stations in town, it is the lowest. Our town has:
Sunoco, Speedway, Exxon, etc. Yet I pass by Wawa (cheaper than the three I just listed) and that's where I paid $2.33 per gallon.
I heard on the radio that the Saudis and the Russians were in a battle for the oil market and prices were WAY DOWN because of that. Funny, I don't notice it at the pump!

And ACC tournament got cancelled after the guys were already warming up on the court. So hard for the city’s economy. Greensboro has worked their tails off to pull this off. I feel so sorry for all the cities affected.

Work just lifted their... "only work at home 2 days a week" restriction, and are letting people work at home all week right now. I'm torn about what to do. I don't like working from home, too many distractions, and working on a tiny laptop is not proficient for me.

I totally understand that. My DH would not be able to work from home either. He needs two screens to be able to work. Good luck with what you decide.

@StarWarsGirl : You know, I have been wondering about The Masked Singer.
I feel that they are getting rid of every super start or old star because:

1. The majority are very old and cant handle much walking with the gigantic customes. (See Cha Ka Khan, Pati LaBelle and Dionne Warwick)
2. The other is money?

Because I can fathom they let the tiger stay. I guess there were way too many football fans?
