cuz you couldn't walk up the ramp.Sadly I’m in no rush to ride it again. That surprised me.

In this case, what he claimed Universal to have stated would have been available online for the public, yet I couldn't find anything and he couldn't produce anything either. Because they never said "this won't actually be like the wild mine cart ride you saw in the films so temper your expectations."Did you really ask MARINI a well known insider for his source??? HE IS THE SOURCE! I see you are one the silly people he was talking about.
Thank you.Not trying to be disrespectful to Marni here
I really hate the sassy radio chatter in Smuggler's Run. It's fine as the guy tries to get the engine working in the maintenance bay, but the rest of it is way too cheesy, too frequent, and yes, too "theme park", it really seems at odds with the tone of the land. It seems like a low effort way to get exposition across as well. There are occasional normal PA announcements which are fine, but the conversations are not. Why are they having private conversations over the PA system anyway?
I actually think the tone of the rest of the land should take a cue from the tone of the PA announcements.
I think it would feel better if we got to ‘see’ who the voices belong to at some point in the queue. There’s that fogged up window in the engine room that feels like it should have a silhouette of at least one of them working a la the toy shop outside. The tone, sure... but the execution itself as voices is cheap.
But yes, the tone is whimsical as is Star Wars.
Exactly my experience. One night there was a photographer just wandering around because there wasn't anyone to photograph. Great scenery. Pretty at night. It's like a DEAD world.
They really don't seem to be willing to spend on live entertainment any more.Just watched a video of the big Resistance mission they did for the opening of RotS, and it was amazing.
They need to do something like that daily: A big awesome show that takes place throughout the land.
I do have to say we did run into Chewy on the "dead night" who just appeared wandering around a couple of times while we were there. They really don't seem to be willing to spend on live entertainment any more.
I know right? Think of all the topics we could cover!Dang it, now I really want a Bob Ross style show of @marni1971 drawing attraction layouts...
Could be bigger than Disney+!

where are the elevators for those that get off the ADA pods located at on this blue print?
Did someone mention an RAMP!They get to take a Ramp.
When I rode the ADA pod, it was around the corner immediately on the left upon exit, but I don't remember if it was left side or right coming out of the preshow. There were also stairs and we did that rather than wait for the elevator. It merged in with another exit route and we saw other group.

No it wouldn’t.
Yes, it would. No space there could hold more than a few hundred. Not the Market walkway (ramp and space to the left, RoTR area, or Falcon area.
Small five minute moments such as the x wing flight or a stunt show that aren’t set with publicized times, that might happen intermittently, would work absolutely fine.
The x Wings fly so high it can been seen in Toy Story Land. <GONE FOREVER> and they just crested the sightline rim, turned and dropped.
We’re not taking about a parade or firework spectacular here. We’re talking about small moments that “happen” unexpectedly.
