That is a great idea. I am personally not, but I am sure other families are. I could pass this idea to them.Are you close enough to dog sit by letting the dogs out several times a day and feed them?

B and I both never needed braces. His are almost perfect, minus one that's slightly crooked but doesn't need anything done. Mine actually are perfect. Like, people ask me about having braces as a teen and then are amazed when I tell them I didn't have them because they're so straight.I blame dh for this. I never needed braces. Mine came in perfectly straight.
That's so sadIt's rough when any kid is in the hospital for any reason.
Aaaaand...We all said the same thing back to back.Most tv's have 2 HDMI slots... you would just have to change your input with your TV remote.
I feel for you. I left a whole lot of my retirement money at the Orthodontist Office. I'll bet he has plenty to retire on!My 12 year old is getting braces today. Yikes. This will be child number 3 having them.
Thank you.Sending warm {{HUGS}}
Yes we were. Now we in Lynchburg though.Beautiful pics. Are you traveling 81?
To the insurance people out there. I had 2 neighbors redo their roofs in the last week. One of the workers rang my door and spoke to me. He asked if I knew that insurance companies pay for new roofs? I of course always assumed that would not be covered unless a tornado came threw, or maybe a hurricane. Anyway he said we had a hail storm in May (I didn't remember), and that insurance companies will pay for a new roof if you have hail damage. He then offered to take a look at our roof for no cost. Our house was built in '04 and we have no trees around it. I thought roofs could last at least 20 years. Anyway he said that even though the storm was in May, our insurance company should cover it, but the deductible portion of course. I don't know it all sounded fishy. He should me pictures of some dents on the down spouts and the flashing on the side of the garage. We just changed insurance to Liberty Mutual in June from Horace Mann. He said it would be no problem and they would go through Horace Mann. Told me an inspector would come out and they would assess the damage. It just sounds dishonest and a quick way for this roofing company to make money. It is 6 months from this storm. If it was a week, I would get it. Sounds like a way for them to drum up business quickly before the winter. My dh thought it sounded a bit fraudulent.

When we come back to NJ we are thinking of taking I-81 North all the way to the PA Turnpike and then head east to Brick NJ. It is more miles than the I-95 route but the traffic delays in the DC area and the northern VA area was SOOO BAD that I am thinking the 81 to PA Turnpike route might be quicker. What are your thought on this? @MySmallWorldof4Beautiful pics. Are you traveling 81?
It's called College for a Weekend. We drop our 12th grader tonight and come back and get her Sunday by 12 noon. Scary and exciting...both emotions!My daughter will spend tonight and the next couple of days living here at Liberty U.View attachment 423806
Didn't you lose the signal every time it rained though?
