Keeping at it. Had 2 2.5@8 TM runs this week, but definite off days the other times. So not where I want to be, but getting better. Go to see the rest of you kicking it!

The Universal running race, Minion 5K, was today.
Seems like it was succesfull enough, since I've seen reports of a follow up Jurrasic 5K in november, so within 6 months of their first ever inaugural run.

Thanks - me too. This was the medal for all races except the marathon and I was so glad because the marathon medal was no where near as nice! I’ve found the medals for this race have been hit or miss over the years...
