The heads on the wall are creepy enough, but the whole room is skeevy.
Dropped ceiling, fluorescent lights, Senate red carpeting, 7’ 5” total width.
And other weird stuff.

Apple has totally changed the news widget, to which I was already addicted. Now maybe even more so.
Today I read an article from Politico about “Trump’s ‘truly bizarre’ visit to Mount Vernon”.
Seems he was equal parts not knowledgeable and not impressed. I will confess that prior to the article, I probably knew even less about Mount Vernon.
After a bit of Googling though, I am impressed.

Where I work we ended up getting a couple inches of wet, sloppy, disgusting snow. Some of the biggest snowflakes I've ever seen. Where I live, we got nothing. Tomorrow morning there is a chance for freezing rain, but the majority of the storm should be well north of anywhere I'll be. I just sense indoor recess for the rest of the week, and my heart is already breaking a little on the inside.

No rain here, just straight snow. It is wet and heavy. I had an appointment after school and it was just a few flakes but after my appointment heavy duty and yucky. It's supposed to go through to possibly Friday morning.

I guess you can't go on vacation while school is in session. I was just thinking that maybe even a long weekend away might be nice break for you.
I'm able to take two personal days each year, and I'm using one in a couple weeks, but it's during the middle of the week. There's only a month and a halfish left to go, and it's going to fly by.
