Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

Trading Spaces is back. The designers still suck.

Who the heck wants this nonsense in their home permanently?
You know, back when that show started, it was cool....people got really great designs for their homes. A few years later, it seemed more like "Who can come up with the most RIDICULOUS idea?" Genevieve put moss on the walls of a bedroom. MOSS!! The owners came in with eyes closed and were like "What is that smell??" I moved to the Netherlands shortly thereafter....I can only imagine how much they've progressed in the extremes in the past 17 years.

I watched some of American Idol last night, and there are some talented people on that show. Then, for some odd reason, I thought back to when I was a kid, and a local TV station had its own talent show broadcast. (There wasn't any production value, per se, and it was just a straight-on camera shot, with a microphone,)

Once in a while, there would be a contestant with some actual talent, but my brothers and I didn't watch the show for them. We always preferred the lame "talent" contestants -- our favorites! :joyfull:

So, I guess talent shows have come a long way with better vetting, and big stage productions. Yet, I do miss the old "talent" shows -- they were a but more entertaining. ;)

Now it says 3-5 inches of snow, with half an inch of rain. The high temp has also gone up from 35 to 37, which is pretty significant in that temperature range. I hope it keeps trending that direction... I really don't want another snow day.

I hope you don't have to make up a school day, due to weather. (At least when the temperature goes down, it's not hot and humid, like the summer. ) Maybe the weather will turn into a nice compromise, with less snow and cooler temperatures, but not enough to create any ice on the roads.

Now it's 1 to 3 inches and a high of 38. Temps steady all day in mid to high 30s. I hope if I keep reporting to you all hear it will turn into 70s with a light breeze. Or something along those lines.

Channel 4 - WBZ from Boston! Back in the day, we used to watch that show every week. Dave Maynard was the host I think.
Our version was called Tiny Talent Time, and was produced at the same Hamilton station (CHCH) that gave us everyone’s favourite flannel-clad, duct tape-abusing president of Possum Lodge.

Sounds like the snow is more likely further north. Sounds like less than an inch of snow for us before turning to mainly rain. According to Google Home we are supposed to get less than .01 inches of snow. I like that answer.
