@MySmallWorldof4 how did the sewing project go last weekend? Did you get it finished? Pics?

Sil took the project for youngest home. No idea how that is going. Oldest started the dress and has it all pinned. She just got other sil’s old but new Singer. She tested it out by sewing a doll dress to get used to it. No clue when her actual dress will be done. She has a lot going on right now.

DS and MIL met George W. Bush years ago when he was still the Texas Governor and he visited the school that DS was going to summer school at. Plus, one of the partners has met both George W. and Laura Bush.
So that means 1 degree from them, and 2 degrees away from a ton of other famous people!!!
Plus, I’ve also met Craig T. Nelson, who was in “Turner & Hooch” with Tom Hanks, and Kevin Bacon was in “Apollo 13” with Tom Hanks. So, that’s 2 degrees from Kevin Bacon, and a ton of other famous people ...!!!
