I am amazed to learn that people are so ignorant nowadays to history that is not even that far into the past. Those who forget.....

I'm taking a vacation day today. Having last Monday off wasn't enough . . . 3 days of work this week did me in. I needed another day off!

I hear ya... but I'm dragging my butt to work anyway. We got about 5 inches of snow last night. Gotta leave my stepson a note to please shovel the driveway.... we shall see if it gets done!

You need a transfer to a warmer state. Have a safe drive in.

Heard that on the news yesterday -- it was a specific range of months (dated on each package). I'm not concerned--I haven't baked anything from scratch in a few years. (I don't think I even have any flour. )

P.S.: When I do buy flour, it's King Arthur brand.

I use that brand too. At least when you do get flour you buy a good brand.

Yah, I kind of have this inertia thing going on this month. Between the post-holiday blahs, ice storms with crazy commutes to/from work, and too many projects at work, etc. -- January just isn't happening for me.

No checks I get, but no credit cards? Many people don’t carry cash anymore. The website accepts credit cards though. Weird. Guess they want to pay as few fees as possible.

You can't dispute cash with you credit card company or bank

One of the grocery stores near me carries a huge line of Bob's products -- haven't a clue what do do with most of those grains, flours, etc.,
