So I had to work today, and I had planned to spend the evening catching up on trip reports. I got off work, went to pick up DS, it took us almost twice as long biking because of the stupid snowpacked roads in a couple of places, so I had to rush to the store to get stuff for dinner. DD had Musical Theater tonight, so she had to eat early. So I get groceries and DD informs me she's supposed to make cookies for the open house on Saturday. She and her best friend had planned to bake them tomorrow, but she found out she has to bring them to school tomorrow, so she had to bake them tonight....but she couldn't because of musical theater. Guess who ended up baking cookies instead of reading trip reports! The worst thing was just that I had to get up at 6 this morning to make the kids' lunches, do laundry, unload the dishwasher, etc....and then the only time I got to sit today was at break this morning, then lunch, then dinner. I was on my feet until 9 tonight....I'm exhausted and my back hurts. So...I'm going to go put the cookies in a tupperware and call it a night! Hope you all have a great weekend if I don't make it back before that...I have to work tomorrow night. Up side...my new oven is being delivered!

Cannot like that! Any chance this summer? Do you get any more flexibility with James being homeschooled?
James is taking summer courses and getting blocks of time is easier for my if he puts in a year out. Right now we have maybe 3 days straight for Memorial Day and 3 for Labor Day. Dh will use his use or lose one day at a time for weather or family obligations

I like Chris Eccleston as Dr. Who and I enjoyed seeing a goofier side to him. I had only seen him in .... I think 28 days later,.... where he played a villain. But I would do dirty things with Matt Smith :hilarious::hilarious::inlove::inlove:

NOOOo. He was the worst one (probably because he was too goofy). Tennant was the best. Matt Smith had a great arc. Capaldi and Whittaker...great actors but horrible writers. Bring back River Song

The like is for the new oven. Everything else sounds not fun.

I don't know what's worse. That it's going away or I have no excuse to shop there:(
I think that it is going away is worse. It was always my go to for kid clothes, especially when I wanted high quality clothes at a good price. It had gone downhill admittedly the last couple of years, but they still had some cute stuff. Now I know it was poor management that destroyed it. The CEO can say all she wants about the retail market changing. They had a good online store for over a decade. Business blunders messed the company up and nothing else. Now all those employees are out of work and it is tough to find retail jobs. At least it is after Christmas.
