My fiancée is vegan and loved them last year, they are actually pretty tasty! I appreciate when they have this type of thing, especially all the places that started carrying plant-based cheese for lactose intolerant people like me!

Active Eats 2017 had - Sweet Avocado Crema with Strawberries, Yellow Cake and Tortilla Streusel - MAN that thing was good.
Earth Eats 2017 had - Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Mousse with a Caramel Drizzle
Patagonia 2017 had - Grilled Beef Skewer with Chimichurri Sauce and Boniato Purée

The Patagonia one was there a few years - always a go to. The desserts were I think new last year, shame they didn't make this year!
