Seems there is a clear consensus about the restaurants and offers! this makes things easier!

Are you thinking of going? We have a hotel booked for November, a Best Western on Katella. I don't know if we will go but there was a sale on the hotel and I can always cancel later. I would like to go again before the craziness of Star Warsland/Galaxy's Edge opens.

Good news kids.....we've been dog sitting my sister's 3 dogs since we came back from WDW. So since the 17th. It has been terrible, as usual, they peed somewhere every day (at least once). But my brother-in-law just left with them!!!!!!!!!!!!:joyfull:

Even better our new couches had been delivered on Tuesday but we didn't dare unwrap them until the urinating dogs left. So once my bro-in-law took the dogs out the to car he came back in and helped us set them up. They are so beautiful and comfy. I'm sitting on one right now. Kapono doesn't really know what to think, she will sit on my lap but not on the couch. We'll see how fast she overcomes that, I bet when I come home from Good Friday service in a little bit she'll be on it looking out the window!

By the way we kept the wrapping (actually huge plastic bags) that the couches arrived in and when the urinators come over again we can easily slip the covers on.

Here are the beauties. Love seat and sofa!

The store's name was Child World. (I vaguely recall some of their TV commercials--I put a link under the photo--@MySmallWorldof4 do you remember this?)

You are making feel old. The store was not called Child World where I grew up. It was called Children's Palace, but it was ran by the same people with the same building design with a different name.

When Children's Palace closed, the place turned into a shoe store that sold left over video game inventory when I live. The catch is that place got bankrupted and became Circuit City before it got bankrupt also. Currently that Children's Palace building is Barnes & Noble.

They look like good nap couches! Great idea keeping the wrapping. Good thing you don’t have kids or the wrapping would be on all the time. We haven’t bought a new couch in over 10 years and don’t plan to for awhile. We have pet covers on them though.
