It was SOOOOO annoying. Every time we had to take it in, she couldn't play any of her games or anything because none of them work on laptops. I think the most frustrating is that they couldn't explain why it was doing what it was doing, and couldn't fix it. We just kept having to bring it back and they would be all confused and try to send it in again. There's some policy that they won't give your money back unless they have tried to fix the same issue 3 times on the same device, OR they can't repair it at all. So the first one, they ended up saying they couldn't repair it, so they replaced it, which meant that that was a new device and they started over with counting up to 3 repairs. So she had to keep sending it back every time it did it, knowing they wouldn't be able to fix it, but she couldn't get her money back until they had failed 3 times. Worthless policy if you ask me. We stopped buying from that store because they are just idiots. I took my old laptop in when the charging adaptor stopped working. I wasn't sure if it was the cord or the part in the laptop where the cord plugged into it, so I brought both in. But it still had some battery left...the guy plugs a test adaptor cord in and turns the computer on and says "Yep...it's the adaptor." I asked how he could tell, and he says "It turned on." I had to remind him it also had a battery. He's their tech guy, and I had to tell him it was running on a battery, and I'm tech stupid!! If I know more than your tech guy, you need a new tech guy.Damn that sucks!
Good thing she got her money back and bought one that worked for her.
Still, what a waste of time and I bet it was frustrating having to deal with the issue while trying to make the damn thing work!
