We have 2 more days of snow, by dawn they say round #2 and then a chunk of Sunday round #3.

Said about 10 inches, my Tushie. I shoveled 5 inches last night before I went to sleep, 12 inches around noon today and another 3 inches mid afternoon. I don't really understand how they measure but at our curb the plow has a pile up to my shoulders, I can just barely see over it. When it melts someday there is going to be a floody floody.

Good. Because a group of them ran towards TT, 25 minutes before park closing, so why they were running was beyond me, then didn't even run for the line. They ran for a wall and had to run back to the standby entrance. They then jumped several ropes, cutting us in line and leaving their chaperone behind in line. Then they were obnoxious while waiting in line.

I'm fairly certain I never behaved that badly as a teen...
Teens feel empowered and goade each other to do stupid stuff when in groups.

I used to think it was more prevalent in the colder climates, but apparently (at least this year) it's every state in the country. Also heard this morning on the news, that this flu may not be a one and done. Some people are getting it twice!! :jawdrop:

As a side note: a neighbor (he's 69) got the flu a month ago and ended up hospitalized for a few weeks. He caught bad pneumonia with it.

Yea, Texas has been hard-hit as well. We just don't know anyone who has had it...yet.

I still don't have internet at home.:( I got a message that I could pick up my new router yesterday, which of course I did straight away but after installing it correctly I just got the message Connected no Internet. I spent a long time on the phone with technical support but they also didn't understand why it wasn't working. An engineer is coming tomorrow to try and work it out.
I am still working on getting reimbursed for the 2 doors that I had to replace because of leaks in my apartment. I spoke to some nice people and hopefully I can put in a claim to the council if the insurance continuous to refuse my claim. I did submit some more photos to the insurance that hopefully will convince them to pay out.
I also scheduled for my apartment to be painted and the damage to the walls etc. to be fixed. It will take 3 days to get it all done but should look nice again after that.

Sympathy like.
Hope everything works out to your satisfaction...!!!

Funnily, I always ask my mother to make me a cake. But she doesnt like baking.

She used to bake carrot cakes and chocolate cakes (even if the chocolate ones end looking like pies , because they flattened by my mom's skills lol)

I loved the "pie" style flattened cakes :hilarious:

Yes! As long as it tastes good, it doesn't matter what it looks like, it's CAKE...!!!!!!! :joyfull: :hungry:
