I had a good day:joyfull: Didn't get all my errands done but at least my nails are Christmasy. We wound up at the library longer than expected but I picked up a guilty pleasure movie for tomorrow night (My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2) and made pom pom earrings (red green and white ones) they're sparkly poms so my boys won't want to be seen in public with me all Christmas season:D:D:D:D:D

Sounds like a good day. I like the Greek Wedding movies too. I think you should wear the pom pom earrings whenever you go out with the boys this season!:)

My grandson left a little while ago to check out the Lincoln Park Zoo Lights with his girlfriend. The weather has been super lately, so hopefully, it won't be too cold to walk around the zoo this evening. I have never been to ZooLights. I don't drive, so I don't usually go out at night. I'm glad the kids got out this evening. My grandson works hard at his job, and he needs some fun activities.

Yep, the price just keeps goin' up. They went from $3-$3.50 in the combined 10 years our DDs were in Girl Scouts, which didn't seem too bad.
But, they're $5.00 here now. A bit steep.

They totally are...I still buy the Caramel DeLites though (the Keebler version just isn't quite as good), and have an e-mail address through which I can contact someone and get some during the off season if they're still available. ;)

He does!!! He's not as obsessed with it as I am, but he's always telling people how it's the one place all 4 of us (2 sons) can really have a good time together without someone ending up bored, and he loves the movies and artwork as much as I do, too.

Here too, on the Disney artwork. I have 4 photostats from the 40's and 1 original partial animation sketch of Donald Duck from a cartoon in the 80's.
I also really LOVE imagineering artwork. These are just a few of my favorites from John Hench...!!!!!

Those are amazing!

I fell in love with Disney art when I was around 3...my mom had one of the big, thick copies of The Art of Walt Disney, and I would lie on my stomach looking at the pictures for hours on end...I had no idea who or what Disney was, but I loved all the artwork!
