I was so excited when I got it! I should probably like the fancy expensive one better but I just don't. I LOVE Kinder eggs and having one every day makes me happy.:D

I love Kinder chocolate! I've never had the eggs but I can tell you if they were able to sell that calendar here there would be all out fights over them in stores. We have people paying huge fines in court for trying to smuggle the eggs into the country, LOL.

I beleive they may well be illegal in rhe USA.

Isn't my happiness worth a little bit of jail time?!?!?!?!?!

@Cesar R M I have also never tasted a Girl Scout cookie. Maybe one day...
It is a cookie. You aren't missing out. The thin mints are good. They are mint flavored chocolate wafer cookies with a chocolate ganache. They also have shortbread which are no different than other shortbread. The lemon cookies are actually really good because they are tangy. I am sure someone on the internet has recipes for any of them. I did buy a copycat thin mint at the supermarket, and I thought it was very comparable in taste.

Really? I am eating illegal eggs?
That makes them taste even better.:hungry:

I hate you. (I don't, but still....)

Upon further inspection it appears the ban has been lifted ...

They're still illegal. They've made a different egg with different chocolate that doesn't even taste the same as the illegal ones. Then they wrote this article with a false title, because Kinder eggs *are* available... but it's the faux eggs.

We're awash in them. Computers, PS3 and 4, 2 player recorders(note to self do not let DH into Sam's during a sale, he bought 5 we kept 2 and gave the rest as gifts), 2 for the car I hope that's it:eek:
I got sick of replacing them, so we're gradually (VERY gradually) replacing our library with digital copies for streaming via VUDU. My stubborn hubby insists on having hard copies though...and it's driving me crazy because there's such a thing as running out of space for DVDs, lol.

Maybe we can work out a trade... eggs for Girl Scout cookies. ;)
And those Egg Joy things are okay but nowhere near as fun as a Kinder egg. Learnt that the hard way when I accidentally bought them in HK thinking they were Kinder eggs.:(

We have a tablet for the kid, but that's pretty much it. We have our smart phones, of course, and two TVs that have Amazon Fire Sticks attached. Our daughter isn't old enough for a game system but I'm sure in the future we'll have one.

I'm working on this little project for Christmas and it's easy other than cutting out 32 circles out of white fleece. I know what my boys will be doing tomorrow morning:D They wanted the Santa and I wanted the country snowman(easier cutting, more complicated sewing), they who picks the tedious cutting project cuts it:D

I have a tiny apartment as house prices in London are pretty insane, so I really have to want/love something to keep it. The DVD's didn't make the cut.

We have a too-large house (2400 sq ft.) that my husband has managed to fill with what I consider totally useless junk (like a chair from the 1970s that he loves that needs a complete re-upholster...and that's just for starters). I REALLY want to down-size and prioritize what we keep, but we're having some major disagreements as to what is keepable vs. what to ditch. (The man is a borderline hoarder...his closet is shameful.)
