Cool So if we go with the boutique for Nintendo, which I'm good with -- what would be the 'Studios' park?I personally think that a water park would be a bit limiting for Nintendo, but if you guys want to go with it that's fine.

So would you propose something akin to Orlando's Harry Potter lands where one Nintendo area is in the Park A and the other Park B - possibly connected with some form of transport?I don't think a Nintendo Park would work well. A Zelda Land, Pokemon Land, Mario Land (with Donkey Kong), and that Space Land I suggested (comprising of multiple properties including a different side of Mario), spread across multiple parks is the best approach. Most of the other Nintendo properties are too niche (except for maybe Kirby). Maybe we could have Sonic the Hedgehog from Sega somewhere too? Or should we leave that possibility to Disney.
Essentially, yes.So would you propose something akin to Orlando's Harry Potter lands where one Nintendo area is in the Park A and the other Park B - possibly connected with some form of transport?
Welcome! Very much am interested in a log ride based on Donkey Kong, as well as a Harry Potter coaster. Though we'd have to make it dissimilar to Dueling Dragons, and a Quidditch coaster would be a great way to do that!
- I would like a drop ride that is based on Men in black. Have each drop related to something the men in black are currently doing. Like stopping aliens from abducting the guests and so on.
- A log ride based on donkey kong would be fantastic imo. Have the scenery be DK jungle and before the drop all the villains from the DK series will try to attack the boat!
- Harry potter: the inverted coaster. Now I don't know that much about harry potter, but if there is a way to make the vehicle for the coaster look like brooms, that would be great!

- A good attraction based on "The Pink Berets" from HOP would be like. I think the ride would be perfect by only starring The Pink Berets instead of EB and the other characters and be set in a new setting. (Idea by @brb1006 )

- A land based on Nickelodeon; or a theater showing adaptations of Universal's musical films, like Les Miserables or Show Boat? (Idea by @DisneyManOne )
- Starting out in the beginning could there be a focus on resort qualities in addition to the parks? Maybe a golf course, deluxe hotels, and a focus on the water park too. If you want people to stay on property and for a vacation you'll need to keep them there for more than just a few rides (Idea by @Poe Dameron )
- Why not have three parks? Studios, the DisneySEA concept, and a Nintendo Boutique Park (with like half a day's worth of attractions.) Could be a way of realistically putting in everything we want out of this into the resort. (Idea by @JokersWild )

I love Universal, but the problem I have with 100% of their parks is that they have zero theme connecting the lands to each other.I'll tag some again for some who might be interested in adding some ideas

I have a very similar issue with Uni parks, as most of their attractions are based off of films that have inherently different landscapes, and when they all go in the same park, it's clashing.I love Universal, but the problem I have with 100% of their parks is that they have zero theme connecting the lands to each other.
I think by having everything feel natural it would actually make Disney & Uni on the exact same playing field. For instance, a Pokémon port clashes stylistically with Cape Cod, so find a way to either make Pokémon fit practically perfectly within the park or put it in another one.
Also very true, but they have a purpose for the mission statement, so they make sense at the Magic Kingdom.I have a very similar issue with Uni parks, as most of their attractions are based off of films that have inherently different landscapes, and when they all go in the same park, it's clashing.
One of the most awkward transitions is going into Hogmeade in IoA from The Lost Continent. I mean one second palm trees and sand, then the next old english buildings and snow? Eek.
Though many of the Magic Kingdom parks have similar awkward moments of different themes, I think Disney's use of trees and properly placed buildings help block and hold you for a second as you pass from one area to the next so it isn't as abrupt.
