That is fantastic news about the plane tickets. Any luck with a refund from Disney on the Disneyland tickets?

Wonderful news all around. Continued prayers and pixie dust

That's awesome about the refund!

Oh I'm so glad they did that!!! They have gotten a lot of bad press lately, so it's nice to see them do something nice!

I was pleasantly surprised that they handled this matter so quickly. Annette and her daughter are probably going to try to plan a trip for sometime next year, and the tickets we bought are good until January of 2019.

BTW I'm a clumsy idiot. Note to self when swatting a bug off yourself look first. It may be a bee OUCH!

Sympathy like.
Pretty sure I've posted this before...
We were at an outdoor wedding reception many years ago and there were wasps flying around and landing on the pop can and drink glass rims.
I swatted at one, and for some silly reason, I closed my hand at the same time. And, just before I realized what I had done and released it, came the sting!
Thankfully I'm not allergic and stings actually hardly bother me at all or swell up too much.
It swelled up a little and was itchy for about 20 mins., but, after that, I forgot about it...! :)

Tomorrow, Tuesday were are spending the day with daughter, our grandsons, and the new boy friend. The boy's start school next week.

Glad it went well. Remember to take care of yourself too. You can't give to others what you don't have yourself. What is Thanksgiving casserole?
It's stuffing on the bottom of a casserole, followed by half a homemade gravy, followed by turkey, with the rest of gravy, and mashed potatoes on top. I put this in the oven with saran wrap and cook for an hour at 350 degrees. It is a left over casserole. Using up turkey, with the gravy, and making new mashed potato, and stuffing. It's really good. Sometimes, I freeze it and take it out, to thaw in the refrigerator. Great way to have another Thanksgiving. Applesauce or cranberries, go well with this....

Green beans, garbanzos/chickpeas, kidney beans, green and orange peppers, onions, a little salt and pepper (I think), and a lightly sweet vinegar and oil dressing. Mom has made it for as long as I can remember. Sooo darn goooooood...!!!!! :hungry: :)
THNX for the idea. I'm going to add peppers next time I make some except they will be red and green. Purple and red aren't expensive but orange:greedy::greedy::greedy::greedy::greedy: we only get good deals on them for a few weeks at the one farm market I usually don't go to:(
