They did a terrible job with the architecture of the DVC at CR. You would have thought they would have tried to match the original a little bit. They just don't go together.

Yep, to me BLT looks much less contemporary than the Contemporary. If that was their intent, then they succeeded. Maybe it was, and they wanted the original resort to still be the shining star. I don't know, but, it sure seems like it would have been a better architectural design flow, and made more sense, to make them more homogenous.
Even the GF's monster boxfest DVC design still relates quite a bit to the original resort.
Such a missed opportunity (for GF, as well) to me, anyway. :cyclops:

I loved paint by number. Not only that, I liked colored pencils by number--easier with colored pencils because I had more control over them, than a paint brush. ;)

My favorite is ink, markers (from order of lightest to darkest when drawing), and colored pencil for highlights and accents (no numbers ;))...!!! :)

And, no...I didn't do this rendering...

That was similar to my wisdom removal. Took for freak'n ever taking them out in pieces. I was out from work a week, my face and neck all bruised badly and both swelled. And I got talked into this...they were not bothering me at all and I was already into my 30's. Poor judgement on my part, I should have stuck to my mantra of If it isn't broken-don't fix it.
Unfortunately, in my case it was starting to annoy me (food getting stuck there, creating badly smelling balls and it hurt sometimes, leaving sores. Very difficult to brush in an angle. Didnt helped that it sometimes "pinched" my cheek skin. leaving me with sores. So.. removed!

Funny story, the first time the doc said lay down on the table and face the wall so I wouldn't see the needle. Well he had it in his front pocket of his jacket and it was huge like a turkey baster! I faced the wall, he sprayed lidocaine while talking about Disney, I felt a little pressure and he kept talking and talking. I told him to give me the shot and he said he did...five minutes ago. I got to go home ten minutes later.

Good ol' lidocaine...! :D ;)

Yes Tom. And he kept using that word significant and cush'n the blow with it will be in the 70's Sunday and Monday. As it will be my Birthday on Sunday I hope part 2 of his forecast will be correct.

Considering the seed I've had down for over a month sprouted today it would figure to get snow the next 2 days. Oy

A combined belated weather sympathy, and happy birthday like...!!! :)
Hope you enjoyed your birthday, as well as your birthday steak...!!! ;)

I remember when your Disney Store was so nice. Books, adult 'real' jewelry, nice clothing. Toys, Plushes, dress-up cosplay stuff t-shirts and a few coffee mugs now. Would it hurt them to carry antenna toppers? They don't take up much room. Like you and @MySmallWorldof4 I miss my Disney fix at the stores. Upside is TDS at Mag Mile Chicago is pretty cool and it is themed similar to World of Disney.
The jewelry selection was rather lacking last time I was in WOD:(
