Demolition shear as far as I could tell while driving by. Though it was only working on the roof in the morning so I don't think too much was done today.

Yep drove by today, shouldn't be much longer now before whats left of the bleachers are removed. I'd give it another week before the whole thing is demo'ed.

It's re enforced concrete that's also hurricane proof.

Who are you trying to kid Martin, its held together with balsa wood, pixie dust and love. A kid on a tricycle could knock it down in a half hour. It's just Disney dragging their feet again, we all know it!

It's being torn down as of today. Drive by this morning and it was still standing. Drove by this evening and it's half torn down.
