Kind of sad. I mean, I knew it was coming, but it was a fun show and a good way to get off your feet for a little bit. I won't miss having to hunt my wife down after she goes in with the kids while I get some beers to bring in...

Happy to see a comment there about the unannounced future phases to this project. The deniers claiming we will only see Star Wars and Toy Story grow tiring.

SOA, this, and Indy are pretty much the last things around regarding anything having to do with "studios." Yeah, saw this coming too. Look forward to the new lands so might as well rename the park soon.

It was a crowd eater when shows were running. Line's are going to be pretty awful in the rest of the park for a long time....unless people skip it completely.

I was under the impression that neither Star Wars Land or Toy Story Land would be in this area of the park... So, it raises a lot of questions... would this seem to indicate that plans have changed and now Toy Story Land and/or Star Wars land will occupy this area of the park? Or are they just clearing this area to be used as a staging area for both Star Wars Land and Toy Story Land and will eventually use this area for a Phase III expansion? All the previous rumors were that Indy would be going to make way for Star Wars and I'd be almost shocked to see them close both LMA and Indy before Toy Story Land opens, but I don't think they would delay Star Wars construction until Toy Story Land is finished... lots of questions...

Yes but it was expected it might remain in the middle for another year or two, just to avoid closing something that can hold a big crowd.

This image (at least from what I could see) always seemed to indicate that LMA was out of the general layout area of both Toy Story Land and Star Wars...

I guess they need the space now. I had heard a few months ago that they were expediting phase 1 and 2. Perhaps that is still the plan. I admittedly have not heard anything about this project for a few months.
