Pirates 5 release date has been moved up.Pirates? Did someone say Pirates?
Thanks I'm doing good today. Went shopping.Hope you feel better, soon!
I've experienced both sides. He's not allowed to have her for more than a few hours a week. That by his choice is not worth showing up a majority of the time.Depends on your point of view.. this could also be bad.
Imagine him trying to brainwash the daughter and force her to believe that her mother is "bad" and "evil". aka using her as a tool to damage.
Sympathy about your snow. I can't believe we are going to be 58 tomorrow. It seems we've switched places as far as winter goes.I could use one of those now. Last I looked it's still 8-12 or 12-18. I hate winter. Florida take me away!
I'm beginning to wonder what to pack for Florida. I'm still thinking jeans with a couple capris in case it turns warm. The weather is all over the place.22 this am was still way too cold! It got up to a balmy 33 this afternoon. I'm freezing! I need a palm tree, a hammock and a nice umbrella drink and it better be in Florida!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My DD is picky too, and after getting married with two, soon to be teenage boys, she is still picky.Tried something new for dinner last night.Chicken baked with roma tomatoes, pesto, and mozzarella cheese. Yum! Even my daughter found it ok with the tomatoes off. (She is the pickiest of picky eaters.)
I hope you don't get the expected snow. It's such a nasty four letter word!22 this am was still way too cold! It got up to a balmy 33 this afternoon. I'm freezing! I need a palm tree, a hammock and a nice umbrella drink and it better be in Florida!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sorry. My ds is in his room with the house phone. His little buddy was out sick again today. Poor baby. All I wanted was a hug but no he took the pone and went straight to his room, no hug for me today![]()

When I thought I could eat cheese, I made beer cheese soup. It's really good with that yeasty kind of taste. As crazy as it sounds that I really like Beverly, it may be even crazier sounding (as much as I LOVE beer), that I've never had beer cheese soup...!

Why does he pull this carp when your DD is around. That can't be good for her. Sorry he is still trying to make your life a living hell.More or less. There are still some items left that he has to pick up, which I put outside on the side of the house. Plus vinyl records that we need to split, and he still has my CDs. But I figure that can happen later, when hopefully things will be more settled.
The drama began with an incident on Sunday, though, because I heard him tell our daughter they were moving that day, which I wasn't too upset about, but then I asked him about the security cameras outside, if he was leaving them. That's when he said he wasn't moved out completely yet. So I told him then our daughter wasn't moving either. Unfortunately it turned rather ugly and our poor daughter was in tears, while he's recording me talking to her as she's sitting in his van with the door locked, so I couldn't even hug her good-bye. Then he mumbles something about just going over to his new place, seeing how things go and they left. Next thing I know he emails me and tells me she wants to stay there, so I say it's OK for one night only, but he responds he's keeping her all week and I'll get her for the weekend. I forward all the emails to my lawyer, who tells me yesterday that I needed to pick up my daughter early from school and keep her overnight, in order to establish the fact that I did not agree to his so-called parenting plan and show him that I will not put up with his carp. He said he normally would not advise doing this, but in this case he felt it was extremely important that I do so. Thus, yesterday was a horribly stressful day for me and my daughter, but in the end we had a temporary custody agreement in place until the court hearing in March.
But of course it didn't end there. Last night around 10:40pm Mr. Donkey texts me that since I took our daughter he would keep her until Saturday, which was NOT in the agreement (I'm supposed to have her starting Friday after school through Monday morning). So I had to forward all our texts to my lawyer, which included him saying he would enter the house without me, even though I told him I changed the locks. My lawyer threatened another ex parte notice unless Mr. Donkey was going to honor our agreement in good faith. It took a couple hours, but his lawyer said Mr. Donkey is not insisting on having our daughter on Friday and the agreement will be honored. At least for now until he does the next stupid thing.
So when's the party???
I like that term even better.Ugh, I am so sorry you are going through this. At least he is gone, and I hope you really have changed the locks.
"Mr. Donkey"? That's kind of funny. I used to work with a girl who referred to her ex as "The Maggot".
Ahhhh, you are using my meds!Monday August 8th drinking around World Showcase! That's the day we have a full day there and I have a designated driver![]()
You are bringing her up right!Hubby laughs at me for my list making, but it works! Now DD has started a list on his computer for things she wants to try and things she wants to do/see on vacation. So cute. She's only 9.
