Thanks. He had a terrible night last night, waking up coughing and he coughs so hard it makes him throw up. I didn't send him back to school this morning. I let him sleep in. He's usually up at 6 every morning, but he was still sound asleep when I went in to put clothes away at 7:30 so I decided not to get him up for school...she woke up after 8:30! He must have needed it!
I hope that he sleeps well tonight, you too. I never slept well when DD was sick.

I have a folder I'm planning on bringing into the parks with me that will have all our info...itinerary (loose one...I'm not doing commando park visits, just writing down fast pass times, dinner reservations with conf. #, and our must sees for each day), confirmation numbers, and the color-coded list I made of restaurants for quick and easy reference.
DD makes a list just like yours for our annual June trip. Makes life so much easier when Disney is so crowded.

I think the reason they use the word "Climate" as opposed to "weather" is because weather is what it's like at any given point each day...the weather can change in 5 minutes. Whereas climate is the pattern of weather over a long period of time...so like...winters being mild that year in a climate that is normally harsh. Or the amount of annual snowfall decreasing over time. It has to do with weather PATTERNS rather than the weather on any given day....if that makes sense.
You are correct.
Climate is more of a long term issue. Weather patterns change normally whiting a variation.
But when you're getting snowstorms mid July and you get blazing hot in december.. now you get problems!.

So one of my friends' husband was surfing on the weekend and had an accident and had to have surgery yesterday to reconstruct his eye socket and sinuses, and he had a concussion. First, I'm thinking it's insane to be surfing in this cold weather (they live in Ireland and are having the same cold weather as we have been), but boy am I glad we don't surf,....they eye socket thing just....eeeuw. Sounds horrid!!
sounds like he fell and hit on a rock.. or an ICE block? o_o

in other news.. I'm furious and also worried.
My mom got a new car mere weeks ago..
and some ahole just rear-ended her new car, because the dbag was probably going way above the speed limit and talking on phone.

My mother seems to be ok and is now waiting for my sister in the repair center of Nissan.

Not amused.. as a car hit can pretty much nail 20% of the car value in an instant.. even if its just dents..
and it was a NEW CAR with special proximity sensors for her.
