He's still on his cruise, I believe.
I too, was just thinking of him. Hopefully he is safe and sound in the middle of the sea, far away from all this craziness. And icebergs, too.

Please God.

Yep, I just found his post with his travel plans and he returns Nov 15. Thank goodness he was in Paris at the beginning of his trip! It looks like his last stop is Spain, but not sure if that's where he's flying out of.

Hopefully he'll check in to let us know he's fine. The good news is that if he's in the middle of the ocean, he likely won't be anywhere near France any time soon.

The borders are closed to France, so if he's in the middle of the sea and his cruise ship was heading near France, it will likely be diverted. If he was planning on flying out of France, he'll likely have to find another flight. I too hope he is in Spain or in the middle of the ocean.

I'm sorry. I love Star Tours. But I can relate; the old version used to do the same thing to me. The new one does not, although I still might go on it even if it did make me motion sick.:cautious:

That stupid pirate ship at Hershey Park is a different story...

It's the opposite for me - the old version didn't make me sick. Although I suspect something happened to my equilibrium at some point because Mission Space Green made me a little nauseous. Not terrible, but enough that I won't be going on it again. sigh

I am not a fan of Mission Space either. It doesn't make me nauseous, but seriously, that pressure on my chest in the Orange version makes me feel like I'm having an asthma attack (yes, that is what it feels like), and the last time I went on Orange, I started with a migraine. Never again.

I'm not too crazy about Green Team either. I always thought I wasn't claustrophobic. When it broke down one time, I found out I'm not claustrophobic...if I have control over getting out or as long as things are going according to plan. When things don't go according to plan or I am no longer in control of the situation...then I'm not as cool. My younger brother who has autism was calmer during the breakdown than I was, which is just sad (although good for him, I guess...).

Yep, I wanted to be an airline pilot myself. I had flying dreams, and still do, as far back as I can remember.
No physical disabilities for me, so no excuse there.
Ultimately, I didn't want to be flyin' all over the place, 'cause I wanted to be there for a wife and our children. :)

I can still dream, though...
I feel like a deja vu, didnt we talk about this already before ? o_O
