we sadly do not have that luxury in my town. hardly any good italian restaurant.

Doritos are yummy and so are Cheetos. I've never eaten a whole bag at once (unless the single serving bags), but I do love both of those!!!

My DD just made orange cranberry bread too, no nuts though and regular flower cause she enjoys lighter breakfast foods. None of us are all that big on whole wheat flour.

I like whole wheat because it's different. The white flour definitely makes it a lighter bread (I've made that multiple times in the past), but I am drawn to whole wheat flour at the moment. My cooking ingredients go in phases. I'm fickle. -- Maybe because we're in the fall now, I want something a bit more substantial. (Oh, almost forgot, the whole wheat flour and lower sugar content is also better for hubby.)

Good morning everyone! Busy Saturday around my house with Halloween and all. So, I didn't get back to you all.

And then yesterday, after church, I went to the farmer's market and rested for much of the day until we watched The Shining in the evening, which I found to be a very disappointing film. (There is clearly something wrong with me.) I have a full blown cold. Ick! But I'm sure the low key day yesterday helped.

So now...it's off to the races. Time to play ketchup and see what all you lovely people have been up to.

Thanks for verifying that. I just watched the movie again, it's on the SFY Channel . And it's as I remember it. Glad to know my mind is somewhat in tact!

You are welcome. I have had things happen like that before with different versions of the movie. I will watch something a second time and their will be scenes I could have sworn were missing or weren't their the first time.

We are actually weathering this wave of the cold pretty well with lots of rest and fluids. Just the type of thing that goes round and round when there are 5 under one roof.

I agree, I got a bag of really nice small Yukon gold, just the right size, for portion control. I like a little salt and pepper. I think the flavor of potato's are good enough almost by them selves.

I always need a little margarine or fat free sour cream. I find potatoes really dry. I do love the Yukon golds, though.
