I felt that way about the Statue of Liberty. I was expecting her to be twice the size.

Seeing my first memory of it was going all the way up the inside of it was sometime before I started school I thought it had the largest set of stairs in the world. I still have the little statue my grandparents got me on that trip.

I have a plan ticket to use but it expires Nov 10. And I want to go away Turkey Day week. But I can't buy tickets until my tickets expire and I get a travel voucher for them. What are the odds of ticket prices staying on the lower side.

I'm feeling better. My daughter took the old bandages off today because it was itching and smelly. Letting air out. The scab is as big as a silver dollar and I was told it'll eventually fall off. (gag gag that's so gross!)

Sympathy like, hugs and pixie dust. I'm a wimp I wouldn't want to see it.

Happy farm market Saturday I'm heading out to get more veggies, some fruit and a dozen eggs and then it's going to be a fun afternoon of working on the boy's bathroom. At least part of my day will be fun. LOL

If that's the only thing going in the oven sometimes I'll slice it open scoop the seeds lightly oil then roast, seeing I'm lazy I just poke it a few times and roast until soft, slice it open and then scoop the seeds out no oil needed and I do 2 or 3 at a time.

But how LONG do you cook it? Some of us are kitchen challenged, you know . . . never assume . . .
