That actually explains a lot for me.That's because in Catholic schools they and Disney were on the same wavelength. Total immersion, all religion all the time.

They must have known you were coming!I found my magic band there's an EPCOT one coming out with Figment on it, life is good!
She is a mix yorkie and maltese, or morkie. She has the fussy tummy of a yorkie, so I may never know what caused it. She is fine, now. Sleeping away in the morkie lair (under the couch).I hope it isn't serious and just a bit of the fur baby shouldn't have eaten something.
She's good. I am on my second cup, already.Sorry about your doggie. I hope your doggie is better this morning. I'm about to go get me a cup of coffee too. Gotta have it each morning.![]()
Just finished my one and only! I'm glad to hear your doggie girl is doing well. She's good. I am on my second cup, already.
Any adventures planned for the day?Just finished my one and only! I'm glad to hear your doggie girl is doing well.![]()
Nothing for me, hubby is going back to his old office, for their 100th anniversary. Wives are never invited.Any adventures planned for the day?
It is so funny. It wasn't what I expected at all. So much better.Hee-hee, yours looks just like mine. I'll post one later since it's on my computer at home. I loved that show! I would go see it again.![]()
This is the funniest and craziest thread on here so far. Hubby asked what was being discussed on Chit Chat, (he's my silent observer, ha). I told him "dogs who fart".maybe he's proud because he wasnt sure he was capable of such stinky feat? lol.
We went on the Midway. It was one of the best experiences to do on vacation. It had a "haunted" area, where they did surgeries, during the war. It was roped off, to respect those who lost their lives. You know, thats something I have on my bucket list too.
Visit those museum ships.
I'm particularly fond of those designed as "Haunted". (I think the USS HORNET classifies as one right?)
and I have a weakness for those manly battleships of the old era (with their monstrous guns)
Glad she's better, my neighbor has a z szu most sensitive tummy of all time! She eats baby foodShe's good. I am on my second cup, already.
We went to a holy roller church when I was little, a lot of fire and brimstone. Revival week, was scary, with people "speaking in tongues", and writing on the floor. I get panicked when I have to enter a church , for whatever reason.I still can remember being a small kid and it being torture at Mass. Our Masses were all in Latin and our weekly Wednesday Mass the entire school attended was also in Latin. All while being told to sit up straight and pay attention. Heck I couldn't even see over the pew. Got nothing out of that hour of Mass for years. Eventually I could recite all the prayers in Latin.
It is all of *that* I believe that turned me into the dysfunctional lifer Catholic that I am today.![]()
LOL you know me so well, I'm always good for a Figment item or 4!They must have known you were coming!
I'm having the "like" problem too. I've put on "likes", only to go back later and see they are all gone.It was all so frustrating for me. I really love this sight but so many of us were having issues with the glitches. Not blaming anyone just needing a bit of guidance. I followed the instructions by moderators and posted a thread. It was closed. Oy. I'm not computer savvy so after looking at the link I was soooo lost. Now what? I had a friend look at what was happening to me and he believed the ads were hyjacking my browser something beyond my control and likely not user specific so I gave up. The only way I was going to be able to participate without aggravation was to become a premium member. So I payed to have the ads removed and all is well. So for less than $5 a month I bypassed the issues I could not concur. Not bad for a site I really enjoy.
Note: being a premium member still has not rectified the "like" issue. So sorry if I'm liking and unliking you my friends.
I don't like people hovering, especially during a meal. That's the time for hubby and I to tune out the "world".It was creepity wasn't it. It was pretty but equally old and the ship had a strange vibe about her. Can't say we rested well. The hallways were so dark because of all the wood that it almost made you uncomfortable walking down it. In the formal restaurants we had servers hoovering about us, fixing our napkins and inserting correctness throughout our meals, so close to us we almost were afraid to converse because the two of them were watching our every move. So not accustomed to that. Though the food was over the top wonderful. It was an interesting experience, one I'm glad we did just because, still we never went back and not likely to.
I can't imagine! And the censor strikes again!Glad she's better, my neighbor has a ****z szu most sensitive tummy of all time! She eats baby food
