When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Considering how overpriced sun glasses in areas like Disney Springs... BIG NOPE for me.
I think Id buy these type of things online for waaay cheaper prices lol.
My sunglasses are prescription, so these over-priced sunglass places hold zero appeal to me. Remove the Rx and it would be akin to buying an expensive blindfold.

And people question why kids, don't have any common sense.

I believe the vast majority of kids know right from wrong and use common sense. Often when I see things go badly with kids choices and behavior, I look at the tree where these little apples fell from. Usually not hard to figure out why things have gone wrong. I find it is overall a small portion of parents just lack common sense approach to raising their little apples. Then those little apple seeds grow into trees and drop out some more little rotten apples. The circle of life. Ya look at some of the prominent families here and abroad and one can see why they thought keeping those blood lines close was a good idea.

I don't have a plan for dinner either. Hubby said he is taking me out, but I don't know where. He said I don't have to dress up though, which is good because I don't feel like that.
Sometimes, when I am trying to figure out dinner, I try to figure out what I might order if I went out. I can at least get an idea, like Italian, chicken, steak...just a starting point. Not even an inkling yet, and the kids are going to be asking what's for dinner really soon. Ugh.

A women got gored talking a selfie with a buffalo or bison (whatever you call it). I laughed when I read the article. :angelic:
I swear they think the signs are for wildlife and not them.

I have 2 boys and they had 2 friends over. I go through that all the time and they are thinish.

We considered having another kid, but I was pretty sure we had enough to handle with our DD. Even my mom had originally encouraged us to have another within the first year, but then the following year she agreed we made the right choice to have only one.

I agree, I'm to frugal to make expenditures like that. I could being a Prime member have Amazon deliver me the next day for a small shipping charge replacement sunglasses to the resort for a fraction of what any would cost me at Disney. I have 2 pairs of good sunglasses, they are RayBan, not cheap. I don't take them to Disney. $20 Target ones. I don't want to be upset at Disney when I loose them, drop or squish them. I remember reading a trip report a while back about someone who stepped on their sunglasses in pool that were worth hundreds of dollars. I also don't travel with expensive jewelry either, same reason.

I wear prescription lenses, so I have no choice but to bring my relatively expensive pair of sunglasses to Disney. I tried contacts, but even then when I wear regular sunglasses, it does something weird to my vision and I get dizzy. I almost lost them in the wave pool at Typhoon Lagoon, but luckily found them. I suppose they would've washed ashore eventually, but probably not in a wearable state.

Same here. Once a jack*ss, usually always one.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt when possible, especially since my behavior is far from perfect and I've had a number of less stellar moments in my life. When I tell friends how I have an awful temper, they find it hard to believe. Mostly only immediate family have experienced my wrath, which usually only appears when I feel like I've been treated unfairly without reason. I can actually be pretty scary at times. Definitely a characteristic I need to be mindful of.

Except some of those prominent families are rotten apple orchards themselves.
