Here's a pic from two nights ago in Jerusalem with the girl from Barcelona, Spain and the girl from Deizengorf (sp?), Germany hanging out at a bar in Jerusalem's city center drinking. I held this pic back because I hate how I look in it..



I'm the one with the squinted eyes. The German girl is sitting next to me in the purple shirt. The Barcelona girl is in the white shirt. The other two guys are from Holland. We all met at the hostel I was staying at.

They remind me of Normandy safe houses and defence positions.

Also, is it dry season for Hawai? some areas looks very very dry.

Then back to the main palace and soon back to Paris.

The cheer size of the palace and its surrounding gardens always awed me.

And at same time it saddens me.
They are the epitome of greed and selfishness of men, who played with the lives of millions like it was a game.

Our dinner onion soup, I had a beef bourginon (I know I spelled that wrong) and hubby had lamb shank with ratatouille. We had crepes for dessert but I must not have taken a picture of those. They came with chocolate and sprinkles.

This fountain was specially designed so people back in the day could use it for drinking only, not for their whole bodies. It was supposed to only fit a cup in the water area. I guess a visiting royal was so disgusted that people were bathing and drinking in the fountains of Paris so they donated these drinking fountains to the city. And no I didn't try drinking out of it.
