these pics are actually a month or so old.
I think I forgot to upload them because I got in a fight with an ahole Neighbour.
Neighbour who claimed I was "invading his privacy". All because I was taking photos of the common areas in our private gated community.

He claimed angrily that the flowers INFRONT of his house, counted as "inside" of his property (house).
Then made a very dumb claim that how would of "I feel if he barged INSIDE my house and took photos of my bedroom". (yeah, comparing MY private bedroom area, with flowers that are infront of his house)
The logic was facepalm worthy, I ended just walking away shaking my head.

Anyway, I just eyerolled and left (even after I tried to demonstrate that noone of my photos were of his house).
Funny part is, as I walked and continued taking photos of other Flowers, He started to follow me with his pickup.
I was finally near the entrance security guard area and then he went to complain to the guard. I did show the guard the photos, same with the administrator and the last one gave the OK. And confirmed I was doing nothing wrong.

But then, theres always a crazy ahole in every neighbourhood.
Anyway, he probably complained to the administrator and got turned down. Because I haven't seen that old hag since then.

And the "ghost cat". Who finally seems to tolerate me. (he used to disappear in a blink of an eye like a ghost) View attachment 92055

Sorry you had to go through that to get pictures. That lady sounds a little crazy. The flowers are beautiful though.

Watching the news and an anchor says

That is our motto here....If we FAIL we just give up. :jawdrop::joyfull:

Wonder if he will be in a meeting after the newscast is over. :cyclops:

Nah, that's about the attitude of the "on air personalities" of (some) local news stations these days. Regrettably, it's the "new normal" . . . and keep in mind, many of these people are not journalists to begin with. They sit there in front of the camera, read scripts, and talk amongst themselves about what they did last weekend.

So much sympathy to you, it killed my Mom also. I'm hoping for really good management, or cure.

I actually watched a news report last week on something they discovered and it works on the brain not just the plaque on the brain. They were very hopeful with this discovery. Of course it was not broken down so the average newscast viewer could grasp but at least I understood the video they showed.

The news I watch in the morning is lighthearted for a good chunk. This is a YouTube of when they went to a commercial after for waiting forever for the bridge to implode. Of course it happened during the commercial.

It's still raining and cloudy here today, I wish it would go away for awhile. But I guess it's better than what is coming for Mother's Day. The biggest, nastiest word in the Dictionary....SNOW , up to 4 inches. There are no words to describe how I feel...yes, there is...they just aren't approved for a family blog.:D

I've gotta ask, why Colorado after Indiana?

Thank you. Between your hoping, and my praying, perhaps some day there will be a cure for this insidious disease.
So kind of you to pray, I do too...we need a cure and soon, the baby boom generation, will take all funds to keep us alive and functioning, not fair to all coming after us...my daughter and her family included...I have a living will stating no one should keep me alive, without mental capacity. It's been made very clear to all of my family, as our family seems plagued with this disease. I want to go out with dignity, my Mom wasn't afforded that choice. And that was awful. We treat our animals, better than our family member's when they are no more able to function, and remember. That's not life. My pastor said, the wrong thing with today is we don't live longer....we die longer....rant over, sorry...It's a very tender subject to me. Walk in anyone shoes who have had family members die by this illness. It's inhumane.

OK, just for the sake of clarification...
I'm talking about my own back yard at around 1-3a-ish in the morning. The back porch light is not turned on, nor are any house lights that could illuminate ;) the situation (I have my phone for a navigation light), and all the homes have 6' wood privacy fences surrounding their entire back yards.
If I've got a neighbor tryin' to peek through the really small gaps in the board slats at that time of the night/morning, I might just call the cops on them...! :cautious: :D ;)

And, BTW...
I was joking last night. Neither the dogs or I needed to go out.
Not right then, anyway. :cyclops: ;) :)

I was just thinking of your comment, about the (hypothetical) situation of a neighbor trying to peek through the board slats in the backyard at you. For some bizarre reason, it triggered a memory of an old Andy Griffith episode, that I watched in a rerun some time ago.

Your neighbor wouldn't even have to wait for a cop to arrest you; the neighbor could simply charge you with a "citizen's arrest". :p (The Andy Griffith episode about Citizen's Arrest was hilarious--although the actual situation was very different from the discussion above, Gomer charged Barney Fife with a citizen's arrest, because Barney had issued a traffic citation to Gomer for an illegal U-turn. But then, Gomer saw Barney break the exact same traffic law, and he runs down the street after Barney yelling, "Citizen's Arrest! Citizen's Arrest!"

I remember seeing that episode "live," on TV, wow , shows all how old I am. ha;)
